Katherine Clark, General Manager
Katherine Clark has been with the Creative City Network of Canada since 2008, bringing a background
in non-profit management and conference planning. Katherine is
originally from Ontario and is a graduate of Guelph University. After a
stint in Switzerland and the UK, she moved back to Canada, chose
Vancouver as her new home and has been enjoying all that BC has to
offer for the past four years.

Kelsey Hicks, Special Projects Coordinator
Kelsey Hicks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser
University with a major in Communications and a minor in Film and Video
Studies. As a youth growing up in Chilliwack, BC, Kelsey was involved
in community arts and culture. Before joining the staff team at the
Creative City Network of Canada in 2008, Kelsey worked in SFU’s School
of Communication at the Centre of Expertise on Culture and Communities,
a cultural research and development centre.
